GENERAL

The exterior of the caravan is in the extra cost-option green cladding with dark green uPVC windows; it is well insulated and requires minimal maintenance (just a wash every now and then!).   There is timber skirting all round the caravan base and decking which has also created storage underneath. At the rear of the caravan is a metal shed with lighting/power points and plumbing for a washing machine; towards the end of the garden are 2 large wooden sheds with shelving and lighting/power.

Approach:
The caravan is located on a side road off the main roadway at the head of a small cul-de-sac which only serves 4 statics.

Front & Side:
The front faces West - ideal for the evening sun.  The North side (on the left next to neighbouring caravan) has fencing running along it with a gate at the end; the water stop, external tap and electric box are located here.

Side garden:
The side garden faces South, has 3 raised decking areas and a uPVC conservatory, with lawn and uPVC fencing - ideal for sitting out in the evening sun and chilling with a glass of wine.

Parking:
There is a parking area adjacent to the uPVC fencing and a large private gravel drive (able to take a large motorhome!) can be installed at a cost of £400 adjacent to the rear garden between the uPVC fencing and the hedge (the shrubs and tree could be replanted elsewhere on the plot).  It may also be possible to incorporate the back end of this piece of garden into the rear garden by moving the tall wooden fence outwards.

Rear garden:
The East facing fenced garden consists mainly of grass with a paved seating area with a border along one side; there is tall timber fencing and hedging at both side and lower fencing at the rear which backs onto hawthorn hedging/trees - ideal for bird watching/feeding; there is also a large hedge to one side which protects the garden from the wind and gives privacy.

LOCATION OF PLOT ON THE SITE

The caravan is in a large plot near the river bank, with only one neighbouring van on the North side, the first photo below shows a close-up of the plot; the second one is an overview of part of the site showing the plot at centre right.  Since these aerial views were taken a large 'fish sanctuary' pond has been created next to the river which makes a lovely place to sit out.
